RAFMA's August Family Meet will be based out of Pentre Bach Bunkhouse & Campsite. RAFMA members and family members will have the opportunity to undertake climbing and hiking activities in the Clwydian Range of North Wales.

About the Event
Admin Order.
The live Admin Order (AO) for the specific meet can be found at the following Library for members using MODNET, with a copy distributed directly to all attendees ~14 days prior to the meet. A copy will also be shared via the WhatsApp group ~7 days prior to the meet. Non-Serving members can also request copies from the Meets Team through the WhatsApp group.
Accommodation.
Accommodation details can be found in the ticket information. Any additional details about the accommodation not in the AO will be released via email or the WhatsApp group prior to the meet.
Equipment.
Personnel are required to bring all their own mountaineering equipment. Any issues should be raised in the specific WhatsApp group for the meet. This meet will include walking and climbing. Further details of any equipment required will be on the AO.
