Camping accommodation. Book via Event Portal (free ticket). Meet fee's of £12.00 pppn will be recovered by the meet admin on the weekend. Individuals are responsible for providing their own tents, equipment, sleeping and eating systems for the meet. Station PEd Flts may be able to assist you with this.

Details of campsite accommodation will be released to event WhatsApp group (using the mobile phone number you submit) approximately 7 days prior to start.

CV19 Measures. Due to changeable rules, accomodation venues and dates are liable to change at short notice, including too camping or non-catered. Members may also be ineligible depending on latest government guidance.

Ticket enquiries. Tickets can be adjusted through the confirmation email on booking. Any enquires can be made through the 'Contact' button below. As a popular meet, last-minute cancellations typically prevent other members from attending so early cancellations are very important.
