Camping accommodation. Book via Eventbrite (free ticket). Meet fee's of £8.00pppn will be recovered by the meet admin on the weekend.

Details of site accommodation will be released to event WhatsApp group (using the mobile phone number you submit) approximately 7 days prior to start.

This is a camping meet, attendees will need to bring all their own equipment to meet their sleeping/catering requirements. Station PEd Flts may be able to assist with this.

CV19 Measures. Due to current restrictions, accomodation venues and dates are liable to change at short notice, including too camping or non-catered. Members may also be ineligible depending on latest government guidance, at time of writing personnel may not attend from Tier-3+ locations.
