Ex MOROCCAN VENTURE 2024 (MV24) is an RAF Mountaineering-led expedition to the Moroccan High Atlas Mountains in September 2024. Over the 14-day expedition, members will get to experience stunning scenery as well as the climbing the summits of 3,000m mountains including Toubkhal (4,167m).

RAF Mountaineering Expedition - Ex MOROCCAN VENTURE 2024 (MV24)

We are now taking applications for RAFMA's Expedition MOROCCAN VENTURE 2024 (MV24). Please register here if you are interested in joining us in September of 2024 to experience the very best of the Moroccan High Atlas Mountains. Expedition members will get the opportunity over the 14 days of the expedition to journey through the range, and summit 3,000+m mountains, including the highest mountain Jebel Toubkal (4,167 m), which is visible from the city of Marrakech. There will also be an opportunity to explore Marrakesh and the Western Sahara.

This is an ideal expedition to either begin your international mountain walking journey, with an introduction to altitude or build on your existing mountaineering experience. If you're keen to get involved, can demonstrate you are reasonably fit, and are happy to make an estimated personal contribution of up to £900 (serving) and £1300 (non-serving members) for an approximately 14-day trip, start filling out the form. 

Before submitting this application, please ensure you have gained approval from your CoC, where applicable. Deadline for applications is 1 Dec 2023.
